Cancellation Policy

At Rangeen Kala, we understand that plans can change.
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer support as soon as possible.
If payment has already been made for an eligible cancelled order, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Customized or personalized products cannot be cancelled once production has started.
